HR Officer

US Law Support has been instructed on a brand new HR Officer vacancy with a leading and innovative US & international law firm. This is a brand new permanent position working as part of a busy and close-knit team. Although this position will be generalist HR focussed, the team is ideally seeking someone who has a particular interest and enjoys basic data manipulation and the creative side of HR (MS Excel for pay review processes; gender pay gap, diversity statistics and all-round management information).

Standard working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm and the firm operate and encourage a particularly healthy work/life balance culture. Base salary is being pitched at between £35k and £40k depending on experience + discretionary bonus and paid overtime.

Ideal candidates for this position will have strong HR experience within a US/UK international city law firm and be CIDP qualified. You must be engaging, have the ability to liaise with staff at all levels of seniority, excellent communication and skills.
