RPA Business Analyst - Canary Wharf

Our client, an international financial services company based in Canary Wharf are seeking a Business Analyst.

It is essential that candidates have process analysis and reengineering experience, strong communication skills with business users, functional knowledge of robotics and process automation and experience of process identification. Experience or a general interest in banking or financial services would be highly beneficial.

Key duties:

• Requirements gathering and creating the process definitions
• Working with users on detailed AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping
• Qualify and quantify RPA opportunities
• Acting as a bridge between the technical teams and business SME
• Developing RPA business case including benefits, planning and facilitating business change and cutover to production, managing change requests, contributing to knowledge management, engaging with stakeholders to define, re-engineer and document processes
• Designing, building, testing and deploying RPA solutions
• Timely delivery of the assigned automation (including reporting)
• Responsible for the quality of the assigned automation
• Providing periodic status on the progress of development
• Estimating the automation duration
