Our client, a Boutique Executive Search firm based in Central London, are seeking a PA for the Founder and Managing Director of the company. This will be a varied role and duties will include but in no way be restricted to:
• Assisting with typing and preparation of documents
• Liaising with candidates and clients to schedule interviews etc.
• Organising travel arrangements
• Overseeing the teams inboxes
• Collating information for the MD prior to meetings
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to hit the ground running and get stuck into a new role. You must have excellent Microsoft skills as well as being a confident and fast at touch typing with strong accuracy.
