One of our clients, a fantastic interiors company based in South West London, are seeking an HR Manager to join their team. This role will be varied and duties will include:

• Ensuring policies and procedures are communicated to staff effectively 
• Maintaining and developing excellent relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and design schools
• Managing introduction and probation processes
• Analysing Training and Development needs and develop training plans
• Managing the whole recruitment process, from writing adverts to interviewing

The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator who has the ability to multitask and prioritise along with an awareness of current employment trends within the design industry. You must be organised and efficient, working with a can do attitude with strong Employment Law knowledge as well as a commercial approach to HR.
