We are looking for a PA to the Group General Manager of a very successful Malaysian Public Listed Company.

Duties will include but in no way will be restricted to:

  • Managing diaries, inputting meetings, appointments, reminders and attendance in shared calendars
  • Assisting in drafting correspondence
  • Assisting in organising company events
  • Managing family’s London home
  • Booking appointments, tickets, restaurants etc. for the family
  • Ad hoc personal PA support

If you are extremely well organised, have great attention to detail, very familiar with Microsoft Office, well presented with experience in a similar role this could be the dream role for you. This sort of job is a rare find so don’t miss out and send your CV!
