My client, a boutique retail brand based in the heart of Shoreditch are hiring for a star Office Manager to run all aspects of the office.
You will be joining an award winning, exclusive brand who take pride in their amazing culture and exceptional service.
They are looking for someone who’s able to prioritise their workload, juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive outlook and still have meticulous attention to detail. You must be proactive in your approach, highly motivated and have excellent relationship building skills.
Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role as you will be liaising with key stakeholders and members of the business at all levels. Strong MS Office skills are also essential, as is at least 1 years’ experience within a similar role.
Duties include:
- Providing support to the Senior Executive Directors
- HR duties including organising and managing hiring processes
- Creating detailed presentations and reports
- Managing all administrative processes including IT support
- Assisting the Finance Director and Head of eCommerce with financial reporting
- Providing ad hoc administrative support as required
