Working with different but complementing workstyles, handling different needs, preferences and overseeing the smooth running the office. Our client, a newly established Executive Search Firm based in wonderful offices in Bank.

As an Office Assistant, your day to day duties will include:
  • Calendar coordination for the team of 10.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Minimal travel coordination (taxis, trains, personal travel research).
  • Supporting in candidate and client relationship management as needed.
  • Database administration.
  • Meeting and greeting, setting up meeting rooms, visitor refreshments.
  • Answering switchboard, directing callers taking messages.
  • Managing financial administration.
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems.
