Private PA UHNW Family Office - Canada

UHNW Private Family Office based in Canada with travel to the US and London.

We are looking for an experienced Private / Business PA with excellent communication skills to support The Private Secretary and other members of an international family office who run the lives of an UHNW entrepreneurial, dynamic family who have various global businesses in the luxury world. 

In this role you will assist with complex international travel logistics, provide administrative support, deal with Art, property,management, couture clothing, source and find unusual goods, assist with event management, plus much more.

You must have worked in a similar position supporting an UHNW  / Private Office as the role has a lot of  dealing with Royalty, international VIPs and Ambassadors. 

The role requires relocation to Toronto with travel to the US and  London as required.
