Excellent and confident telephone manner is essential, as is being a highly motivated and proactive individual. Experience within a recruitment environment, experience working with high-profile HNWIs or European language skills are advantageous for this role.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out detailed research into client market trends
• Creating details pitch projects
• Supporting consultants with client mandates
• Sourcing viable candidates and interviewing over the phone
• Mapping global candidate markets
