PA to Partners

Exciting opportunity to join a highly rates, international PR firm to support two Partners in both firm leadership and client work.  This niche business of under 100 in the heart of London adopts a very forward-thinking, collegiate approach to all of their work, and has a broad range of capabilities across a varied and impressive client base.

This is an opportunity to support at the most senior level, as these two Partners lead on numerous global accounts; their expertise is often called upon for Financial PR clients, but they have a range of other sector projects, too.  The workload will always be varied and interesting, and they must have a PA with excellent communication skills, able to liaise even up to C-Suite level, as a brand ambassador.

This full role also offers the opportunity to work with the warm and supportive Office Manager on projects and events -variety and job satisfaction guaranteed.

• Owning and managing busy diaries - quickly winning the confidence of clients and stakeholders alike by demonstrating an understanding of business priorities, and executing complex schedules accordingly.
• Being a brand ambassador - a warm and open communicator who enjoys client and internal liaison at all levels.
• Booking and preparing for meetings, conference calls and VCs - making sure every detail is ready, including bios/research where needed.
• Making perfect and personalised logistical arrangements - from the simplest cab journey to the most complex global client-facing trip.
• Being a communications liaison as needed - inbox management, gate-keeping calls, etc.
• Being an administrative linchpin - record-keeping, expense management, filing, anything else needed.
