A rapidly growing tech start-up is looking for a someone with Planning Office experience looking for a new challenge within the tech sector.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a brand-new role within a business with an award-winning technology platform which will transform the Architectural sector. You will be managing a set of accounts who have already agreed to licence terms with the business and require someone to assist them to understand how to use the product, assist then with any technical user issues and getting them excited on the product.

• Liaising with clients on a regular basis
• Working with Marketing to help run forums/webinars.
• Training clients face to face, over the phone and through webinars.
• Dealing with client issues and reporting back to the development team.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have experience within the planning office or planning system with the ability and want to change the career paths but still have the passion for Architecture.

Essential requirements:

• Experience within Planning
• Passion for technology
• Ability to work in a client facing role
• Proactive nature
• Good use of initiative
• Efficient problem solver
