Are you looking for a Team Assistant role working within a creative environment in one of the world’s leading luxury goods organisations? Our client, based in fabulous offices in the West End, are looking for a bright and bubbly Team Assistant to be part of their HR team. As their Team Assistant you will be looking after 2 Talent Sourcers for the UK business and work across 20 luxury brands.
Team Assistant duties include;
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide HR Managers with required documentation prior to each interview
- Overall responsibility for the Recruitment training sessions
- Provide general Team Assistant support to the HR Department
Experience you will need;
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience behind you with a strong focus on diary management
- Advanced Microsoft Office incl. Outlook, Excel, PP and Word
- Experience of working within the recruitment cycle and within a luxury retailer preferred
The Team Assistant will need to have bags of energy and a real passion for the industry, be articulate, team focussed, results driven with an organised approach and be able to juggle multiple demands at one time whilst remaining calm and positive at all times.
