We have a truly lovely opportunity for a PA looking to work in a thriving executive search consultancy with an incredibly friendly and sociable environment. Based in the central London offices of a global and established firm, the PA role is supporting with all aspects of business and private life.

This is a demanding and fast paced environment, which will require a top PA who is fantastic at multitasking, prioritising and general organising to maximum efficiency!   

It is a hard-working culture yet also full of banter therefore a good sense of humour is essential!  You should be proactive and driven with a friendly and cheerful demeanour.  The PAs in the business take huge pride in their work and form an amazing PA team!   

Responsibilities

• Extensive private PA work
• Gatekeeper and complex diary management
• Booking international travel including flights, accommodation and car hire for family holidays
• Booking restaurants/ theatre tickets etc
• Organising car/ home insurance and servicing where necessary
• Paying bills and cashing cheques
• Ad hoc task
• Liaison with clients and candidates to book meetings and interviews
• Formatting, printing and binding of reports, presentations and marketing documents
• Monthly team expenses 
• Organising any company/ team events with the other PAs
• Holiday/sickness cover for the other PAs
• Shared office management duties

Requirements 

• Experienced PA, ideally 3-4 years 
• Proven experience in a demanding and fast paced environment 
• Good sense of humour and sociable 
• Polished, articulate and hardworking
• We need a bright and smart PA who has had experience working within a professional corporate organisation with high standards!
