We're thrilled to be assisting some highly regarded global tech and creative agencies looking for Office Management support to cover upcoming holidays and maternity leave.

An important part of this role will be helping to create a welcoming and comfortable office environment and culture that keeps your colleagues motivated and engaged.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owner of the commercial & operational relationships with the Landlord and tenants, including lease negotiations and management
  • Organising meeting room bookings and managing clashes to resolve conflicts
  • Answering and referring incoming calls and mailboxes, management of inbound and outbound company mail
  • Responsible for the procurement, negotiation and management of all 3rd party suppliers providing facilities services
  • Procurement, storage and distribution of stationary supplies
  • Managing starter & leaver process by liaising with relevant parties across the organisation
  • Arrange company events such as training courses, away days, staff social events, external event
  • Be the face of the Company on Reception when required
  • Responsible for workspace assignment and layout, ensuring timely set up of workstations for new joiners, determining seating arrangements that facilitate teamwork, efficiency and productivity

The successful candidate will have:

  • Office management experience including workspace planning, management of 3rd party suppliers, contract negotiations and project management
  • Health & Safety regulations and compliance, including relevant qualifications
  • Vendor management experience - including contract & commercial negotiations
