Our client is a highly regarded corporate communications company with global reach and they are looking for a bright, confident and proactive PA to look after one of the Co-Founders and a senior Partner on a 1 year maternity contract. It is a fast paced and busy role and therefore it needs someone who has a proactive nature and can juggle work-loads. These partners work with a number of financial services clients so experience within FS is desirable. They have a wonderful culture and, while they work hard and have high standards, they are a very grounded and social team. There is a pub and gym onsite and they are situated in lovely offices.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Full diary management support
- Monitoring two busy inboxes and responding on behalf of the Partners where necessary
- Processing expenses on regular basis
- Arranging all travel, including complex international travel itineraries
- Helping to organise client meetings, booking lunches, arranging conference calls
- Provide full admin assistance for new client wins
- Assist in creating and formatting PowerPoint and Microsoft Word documents for new business and client meetings
- Assist in creating and formatting budgeting spreadsheets in Excel
- Office support for IT & general enquiries when covering for the Office Manager
- End-to-end external event coordination including producing proposals, researching venues and suppliers, negotiating prices etc.
- End-to-end internal event coordination including planning and running the internal social calendar
The right candidate will have PA experience at executive level, have strong communications skills, and a proactive and can do nature. Strong MS Office skills are necessary especially in PowerPoint.
