Executive Assistant  to New Partner

This company really values their support staff.  The EA's all work together and are very supportive of each other.  A new role has arisen to support a new Partner on a 1:1 basis.

You will enjoy working in a fast paced organisation where no two days are the same.  You will be able to cope well under pressure, keep calm and professional and handle ever changing deadlines.

Duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management with lots of last minute changes
  • Setting up and scheduling meetings
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Preparing client proposals and documents
  • Formatting and proof reading documents
  • Able to work well across multiple time-zones
  • Daily logging of documents
  • Preparing of management reports
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Helping with Events
  • Cover for other EA’s during sickness and holidays

You will have at least 3 – 4  years previous EA experience.  Able to handle highly confidential information.  Experience of working across multiple time-zones.  Excellent level of IT skills and able to pick up systems and processes quickly.  Excellent communication skills and able to deal with high profile individuals.
