I am looking for an energetic, pro-active and experienced Sales Coordinator to become a part of a renowned and expanding British based Financial Services company within their property division. The client is a successful and acclaimed company that will provide a valuable platform for those wishing to progress their career within the property world.

This exciting opportunity will require a candidate with prior experience of working as a Sales Coordinator, specifically within the Property Development sector. It is vital that you are passionate about the role and are familiar with the expectations and responsibilities that come with the job. Based in Bracknell, you will be responsible for the running of sales from the point of reservation through to completion.

Location: Bracknell
Salary: £21,600 (for 3 days a week)
Days: 3 days a week total

Key responsibilities:

  • Issue and maintain the price list and current availability for all sites
  • order get quotations and liaise with accounts to get companies as authorised suppliers
  • Raise purchase orders and check invoice pricing
  • Reconcile purchase orders and invoices in line with budget
  • Liaise with other departments and to assist with enquiries from and liaise with sales consultants, purchaser requests, and suppliers
  • Check database is correct with and in line GDPR requirements
  • Liaising with other departments to make sure coins is set up for new sites and correct information is available
  • Maintain and update the sales policy and procedures
  • Provide price support to the Sales Consultants based on site
  • Liaise with accounts to find any missing payments or allocations
  • To arrange training and maintain training database
  • Maintain and update all master documents
  • Book meetings and reserve rooms

Key Qualities/Experience:

  • Experience within a Sales Coordination role
  • Property experience would be highly beneficial
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office software, specifically excel
  • Experience with invoicing
