SUPERSTAR PA (WITH LEGAL EXPERIENCE) FOR PROMINENT ULTRA HIGH NET WORTH PRIVATE FAMILY OFFICE
We are working with one of the most prestigious high net worth private family offices in London to appoint a world-class Personal Assistant to support the Family Lawyer who is responsible for all matters relating to immigration, art and charity. This is a demanding and varied role that will offer exposure to some incredibly interesting work and high-profile projects for a prestigious international family.
Joining a supportive and welcoming team in their Central London office, you will work with the Lawyer and the rest of the team to go above and beyond to ensure all needs are exceeded and that everything runs smoothly at all times. You will assist the Lawyer in all of her business requirements to ensure she is able to effectively and efficiently complete her work to an impeccably high standard
You will be hardworking, proactive and resilient; a true professional who has a good understanding of legal documents and is able to provide first class support. Adaptable and flexible you will remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively, as well as autonomously to ensure all hurdles are overcome.
This really is a career defining role that will enable you to join a busy family office, and allow you to accelerate your career and expand your skillset. Office hours are 9am-6pm, with 24/7 on call requirement.
Responsibilities include:
- Complex diary management
- Meeting preparation; including documentation, agendas and presentations
- Reading, editing and preparing legal documents
- Assisting with all charity projects locally and internationally.
- Liaising with other PAs to coordinate diaries, workloads and meetings
- Assisting with management and curation of extensive art collection
- Ad-hoc administration for the office
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience as a PA/EA, within a law firm ideally
- University degree (honours degree or postgraduate degree desirable)
- Fluent English - excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Immaculately presented
- Strong organisational skills, common sense and an eye for detail are essential
- Calm with the ability to work well under time pressure to meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic, hardworking and self-motivated
- Punctual, professional and trustworthy acting with a high level of discretion at all times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, be proactive and demonstrate self-initiative
- A self-starter who will go above and beyond to get the job done
- A team player who is willing to work collaboratively
- Brilliant checkable references
