HR Advisor - Battersea AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

Currently seeking a HR Advisor for a vibrant, professional and dynamic company! This is an opportunity of working for a global company within the beauty industry. Seeking someone with who is passionate about HR and Recruitment, eager to learn and develop.

Location:

Salary Expectation: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum + bonus

Job Description:

• Being the main point of contact for my HR queries or questions
• Liaising with Senior stakeholders within the business, providing advice and guidance
• Running the day to day operations for employee inductions, performance, training, ER and immigration
• Heading up the recruitment process, supporting the Recruitment Administrator
• Tracking and monitoring HR KPI's
• Responsible for appraisals, inductions and grievances
• Working closely with the Learning and Development team

Skills and personal attributes:

• Strong knowledge of employment lifecycle and recruitment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Personable, hard working and reliable
• Proven HR experience at an advisory level
• Great team player
