Our client, a prominent investment banking firm, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Assistant to develop their professional skills whilst working alongside a supportive team.
THE ROLE
As an Office Assistant you will be working closely with the team’s Executive Assistant, who directly supports the CEO.

Our client is seeking an Office Assistant with previous experience within a similar role, ideally within financial services. For this particular role it is imperative that you have strong IT skills and are able to troubleshoot when required. Our client is seeking an Office Assistant with a friendly and professional manner.

- Reporting in to the CEO’s EA
- Managing telephone correspondence
- First contact for international senior executives visiting the London office
- Arranging internal and external company events
- Booking meeting rooms
- Organising and updating all client information on central database
- Ensure the smooth running of the IT system
- Ensure the smooth running floor maintenance
- Responsible for all administrative duties
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
YOU ARE
