Programme Coordinator

Join an exciting not-for-profit organisation as Programme Coordinator! The team are growing and are now looking for a driven, altruistic and passionate individual to support on various global projects that focus on innovation and leadership consultancy.

Supporting senior team members across different areas in the business, this role includes domestic and international travel so flexibility is essential.

Working across the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors to make a positive difference in organisations, communities and beyond,responsibilities include:

• Support team member to design and develop transformation in clients’ organisations
• Manage internal operations and resources to deliver client programmes
• Manage the relationship and communications with clients, ensuring the highest quality engagement
• Ensure the preparation of documentation including itineraries and programmes
• Update project pages and record any changes that take place
• Undertake research-based tasks and thinking laterally around global issues such as innovation, sustainability, to produce proposals or supporting materials

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous PA/programme or events management experience essential
• Highly organised with superb attention to detail
• Ability to effortlessly multi-task under pressure
• Comfortable working with people in high level senior positions
• IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems (Salesforce an advantage).
• Ability to communicate well with a high standard of written English
• High energy, fast-paced worker – with a sense of fun – who keeps calm under pressure
• Flexible and willing to help out in times of need – including out-of-hours and weekend work
• Exceptionally altruistic, relational and committed to supporting the wider team
• Passionate about working for a purpose-driven organisation
