Temporary Estates / Contract Negotiator

Circa £15 - 18.00 per hour

High profile Media Services company are looking for temps for a minimum of 3 months to join a fast paced team within their Estates Management department. Would be ideal for someone who has been a property/lettings negotiator or worked within procurement and supplier management

The role will be to re-negotiate contract terms with corporate landlords (local authorities, utilities companies, garage owners and the public) and to ensure their agreements are signed off for the next term.

They require individuals who are comfortable on the phone, often undertaking difficult conversations and is confident in handling costings and negotiations. Any property or supplier management experience would be ideal as would someone who has experience and ability to handle negotiations with corporate landlords 

Hours are 9-5.30pm
