VWA have taken on a brand new opportunity for a focused and self-motivated individual to join a shipping company based in the West End as a Front of House Receptionist.

Duties for this Front of House Receptionist role will include (but are not limited to):

• Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
• Answering the telephone
• Ordering couriers
• Sorting mail
• Setting up meeting rooms (including providing refreshments and clearing the rooms)

For this Front of House Receptionist role our client is ideally looking for an individual with some previous office experience and a high level of attention to detail. You will also need to have exceptional organisational skills and be computer literate.

Salary for this Front of House Receptionist role is up to £25K depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits. Please note that the hours for this role are 8:15am - 5:15pm, with one hour for lunch.
