Customer Services Representative

A successful global company is seeking a well presented, switched on, positive, professional and articulate Customer Services Representative for their smart boutique Head Office in the West End.  As Customer Services Rep, you will be the key point of contact between the company and its customers, responsible for providing first class and efficient customer support, including dealing with technical services, training, quotes, invoices, orders, records and reports.  You will also participate in marketing and business development to generate new business, new marketing initiatives and market research projects and constantly strive to improve product and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be worldly and commercially minded with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of etiquette (you will be dealing with HNW’s and government officials).  A knowledge of Spanish, French or Mandarin would be highly advantageous, but not essential.  This a wonderful opportunity to work for a company that really invests in its staff and there may be opportunities to work abroad.
