Exciting opportunity within this luxury marketing and PR company who are a leading light in their field and and a go-to company within the luxury world. An established company who have been a major league player in this space since the 90's.
This is a boutique office and would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload.
The role is to effectively manage and run the London office operations and ensure both internal and external needs are being met and handled effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day office management and ad-hoc PA duties for the principal
Providing Marketing, organisation, and administrative support to the management team including maintaining effective office administration systems
Initiate, implement, monitor, track promotions
Creation and preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
Coordinating brand research, market and competitor intelligence
Ensure up date industry related information and market information is collated.
Proof reading and editing of all client promotions
Maintain the client event calendar
Requirements
Graduate level with two to three years office based experience
High energy and excellent communicator
Would suit someone with a flexible approach and who understand the challenges of boutique company.
Understanding of values and expectations within the luxury sector brands
Excellent communication and proof-reading skills.
