A permanent full time position has become available with this private University. We are on the lookout for a strong manager to lead a team of lead qualifying specialists.

What will you be doing?

• Implement change in processes to increase efficiency
• Establish KPIs with members of the team
• Monitor work performance to maximise productivity
• Establish parameters for success in the roles
• Forecast lead volume and quality
• Support with recruitment and training
• Ensure a consistent high quality service is given to all prospective students

About you?

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Experience in managing a team and team performance
• Confident Salesforce CRM user
• Process driven
• Well organised with excellent communication skills
• Experience working within strict KPIs
