Receptionist, PA and Office Manager all in one!

This lovely advertising PR agency in central London is looking for just that!

Overseeing the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, some PA duties for the CEO and extended small team, as well as being the face of the company front of house, greeting all clients and visitors with a warm welcome!

This will suit someone with previous PA/TA experience preferably in the creative field..who loves being involved in everything. A great opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business and after a while progress into New Biz, Marketing or account management.

Duties will include: 

Diary Management - using Gmail, ensuring the CEO is aware of key deadlines and timings, 

Meetings - organising all internal and external meetings and events, securing venues and meeting rooms, organising catering and IT facilities, arranging agendas, taking minutes

Office Management - keeping on top of supplies and equipment

Reception - manning the reception, taking calls, greeting guests and taking deliveries

Travel - Travel planning and booking and creating itineraries

HR - Helping with on-boarding new starters

New Biz/Marketing - Helping the team with marketing events and research and other ad hoc projects
