Team PA – sustainable / impact investing – £30 - £32,000 plus benefits and lovely office environment

This successful, entrepreneurial investment company are looking for a professional PA to offer close support to a team of 7. The team’s focus is sustainable / impact investing and offices are in W1, close to Bond Street tube. With excellent exposure across the business you will be joining a friendly, young team of 60. 

PA role: Duties and responsibilities:

• PA duties to team of 7, including 2 Partners
• Arranging UK and international travel
• Liaising with investors and portfolio companies
• Drafting correspondence
• Organise events / meetings including partnership meetings

The right PA will need to have excellent IT skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload in a fast-paced environment and will be someone who thrives in a varied support role. You will be joining a close-knit support team of 5 PAs, so you will be a real team player and happy to help out in beautiful, open plan offices.

This role would suit a highly organised and efficient candidate who has a keen eye for detail, with 2 years’ PA experience. The right candidate will be outgoing with excellent communication skills and someone who really wants to help.

Benefits:, £30,000 - £32,000 depending upon experience, plus pension and private medical cover, yoga and Pilates classes. Hours 9am – 5:30pm.
