Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of an independent company within the private healthcare industry who are looking for a welcoming and organised Customer Service Administrator to support on an ongoing temporary basis.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy role that would suit someone who is conscientious and bright. You will be a naturally friendly person who has excellent customer service skills and is always looking to go above and beyond.
this role you will travel within the UK at least 6 times per year so you must have the flexibility in your life to be able to do that. Typical duties include:

- Maintaining a well-presented reception area
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Booking appointments
- General administration

- Previous reception experience in a healthcare environment
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive with a great use of initiative
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
