Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of an independent company within the private healthcare industry who are looking for a welcoming and organised Customer Service Administrator to support on an ongoing temporary basis. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO


This is a busy role that would suit someone who is conscientious and bright.  You will be a naturally friendly person who has excellent customer service skills and is always looking to go above and beyond.


 


this role you will travel within the UK at least 6 times per year so you must have the flexibility in your life to be able to do that.  Typical duties include:


  • Welcoming patient’s to the clinic
  • Maintaining a well-presented reception area
  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages
  • Booking appointments
  • General administration
WHO YOU ARE


To be successful, you will have seamless customer service and be detail orientated and have previous experience in a similar environment.


Essential requirements:


  • Previous reception experience in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Proactive with a great use of initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
