Professional Receptionist / Administrator for high profile Victoria London based International Organisation - super smart offices right outside the station!

Key duties:

  • Play a key role in as the Receptionist presenting the first impression of the organisation to clients and customers
  • Meet and greet clients and ensure all visitors to the company are dealt with in a professional manner
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the EA’s as part of central Group Services Team
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation
  • Provide support in organising and coordinating office-wide meetings and events
  • Keep the reception area tidy at all times
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Organise board and meeting room bookings and maintain meeting room diary electronically
  • Hours 8.15am – 5.30pm

Experience required:

  • Experience as polished Receptionist from a corporate sector (dealing with regional offices/ideally a multinational/multi-lingual company)
  • Experience of all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
