Providing high-level, confidential EA support this highly regarded CEO of a successful established worldwide business, with continued planned growth across Europe and the Americas.

Key duties:

  • To handle all activities for the CEO with complete discretion and confidentiality
  • Responsibility for demanding calendar management and travel arrangements requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings and events
  • Screen emails and telephone calls
  • Attend meetings and take minutes / actions prior to the meetings, taking and distributing notes and fielding general queries from board members
  • Provide the CEO with clear, pertinent business information to assist in the ongoing management and decision making of the business
  • Liaise with Executive Committee (ExCo) and Board Members respectively with regards scheduling ExCo and board meetings, handling logistics of board meetings, sending materials for review
  • Manage all expense claims and currency reconciliation
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events, booking venues, equipment and refreshments

Experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role at a senior level (CEO/board)
  • Extensive experience of working with Microsoft packages including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to working in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • The ability to remain confidential with sensitive information
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
