Brand Support Administrator

ASAP - 2months, 9-5

What does this role involve?
This is an exciting and important role helping our lively Comms team to re-brand old templates and documents. We have recently created an engaging new brand and, as such, require help to make sure that all our existing materials meet our new brand guidelines. The role-holder will be actively involved in supporting us in this brand roll-out.

Examples of the work you will do in the role are:
• Using your PowerPoint knowledge, you will be able to change fonts, colour palettes and be able to alter existing designs ensuring they are in accordance to the brand guidelines.
• Editing PDF documents when required.
• Reporting into the Communications Brand Lead and liaising with respective Managers in HR and Operations to check content and details in the documents that you are working on.

We’re looking for somebody who is confident using the computer.  Someone with a creative eye and who enjoys the challenge of creating new documents and/or improving others.
You will also be a self-starter and someone who is not put off by the occasional less exciting aspects of the job.  Some templates are more straight forward than others, so we’re looking for a balance of diligence, motivation, an eye for detail and a creative flair.

As a minimum, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
• Strong IT skills including advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
• Confidence in transforming documents i.e. fonts and colour palettes including some creative use of infographics.
• Good organisational skills.
• An eye for detail.

• Experience with Livelink will be well received but is not a must.
• The ability to use Acrobat will be an advantage.
