Are you a qualified or part-qualified HR Advisor who is looking to make the move into HR Consultancy?  Do you want to join a firm where you will have great leadership and training and the opportunity to grow your role as an HR Consultant? 

Your main based would be in the heart of the City, however in this role you would be able to work from home and also have the opportunity for regional travel!

This successful consultancy are looking to make a new hire within their small, but busy and dynamic HR division.You will support clients on a range of HR Projects with support and guidance from the seniors on the HR team. 

•    Undertake HR reviews at clients' premises, both for existing clients and new clients in order to determine their current HR risks and liabilities. To support the client on and off site to proactively manage their HR function on a day to day basis, by providing clear, concise and compliant advice on a range of HR topics together with the provision of relevant supporting documentation.
•    Support clients on and off site in a range of HR processes and statutory requirements including, but not limited to grievances, disciplinary matters, TUPE and redundancy
•    Design, develop and deliver HR and Organisational Development (OD) projects both internally and externally, as required, with the help of other members of the HR Consultancy team
•    Proactively market the HR service both to existing and new clients by considering all aspects of the service that can be provided and matching this to the opportunities that have been identified
•    Be involved in monitoring and reviewing client work from a financial standpoint ensuring that commerciality verses value for money is considered when determining the final amount
