HR Assistant

A mid-sized Investment bank based in St Paul's in a fantastic location is looking to hire a bright, smart and switched on HR Assistant to support a busy HR Manager in a varied and interesting HR position. 

In this role, you will be able to gain fantastic work experience in a busy HR department of a growing and highly successful Investment Bank. Looking for an HR Assistant who has prior experience working within a corporate Investment firm, who is able to work to a high standard is eager to learn and picks things up quickly. If you have previously worked within an HR Assistant role within Investment banking that would be beneficial and experience within graduate recruitment. 

Duties will include - Graduate recruitment, onboarding new starters, scheduling interviews, assisting with recruitment, inbox management, creating monthly reports and answering any ad-hoc queries from employees and managers. 

Looking for an HR Assistant who is available immediately on an interim basis who has 2 years of HR Assistant experience or HR Admin.  In House, Recruitment experience is needed and ideally have had experience in an internship programme. Ability to learn new systems quickly, prioritise workload and take ownership of workload.
