Proposals Manager (4-6mth contract) EC2 £25ph
Globally recognised Construction and Engineering Strategy Consultancy seek an experienced Proposal Manager to join their expanding UK Rail team.
Duties will be to manage the successful delivery of winning bids to deadlines. You will be reviewing and writing bids along with the Pre-qualification questionnaires (PPQ).
You will be recruiting the best team for the bidding project to include partners and subconsultants, interviewing and collating their CVs to put forward as part of the bid.
You will be working with both internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop a winning bid strategy to include swots with win themes and storyboarding. You will be experienced to work closely with the technical bid team and undertake research to extract and capture the technical knowledge need to complete the winning proposal.
You will be leading answer planning workshops to develop bid answer structures in order to define the most compelling and engaging response to client. You will steer and co-ordinate the bid team to write impactful, tailored, technically bid content, produce and proof-read material yourself as well as identify and/or re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Business Development Director and Rail experts so experience in rail or construction is hugely advantageous along experience of Agresso, Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, InDesign and graphics skills
