Are you an experienced EA with a keen interest in technology and the digital world? Are you curious, comfortable in a fluid and fast-changing environment and confident dealing with external communications? If so, read on, as this role could be perfect for you!
My client, an agile and forward-thinking tech company, based in the heart of central London, are looking for an EA to join their team in a 1:1, partnership style role supporting the Head of Communications. Based in beautiful offices, in an open plan environment, you will be surrounded by like-minded, very bright people and will be eligible for incredible benefits. You will be sat with the Comms team in a fast-paced, busy and buzzy part of the business and will also be part of a network of PA’s with whom you can share information and experiences, so will be well supported.
This is an incredibly fast moving role and business, requiring a true EA who can support in all traditional duties (complex travel, diary etc.) as well support on multiple projects. Your Exec is very approachable and someone you could build a relationship with. He is exceptionally fast-paced in style and always has 101 things on the go, with a very busy diary, so you should be a pro when it comes to diary Tetris! You should also be a skilled communicator, able to deal with the pressure of multiple external requests from journalists and the press. You should also be confident handling additional projects and the ‘go to’ person, who can run team projects, help pull things together and keep things on track.
To be considered for this role, you should be true EA, committed to a career in support. You must have experience from within the comms industry – either PR/ Advertising / Comms. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate yourself confidently, with ease and finesse.
