Brand new role supporting the Executive Creative Director of a really well-established and highly successful Advertising Agencies has just arisen. This is a brand new role requiring an absolute star and in return for brilliant experience you will get to work in a network of really fun and social PAs and will work closely with an inspiring ECD who you can build a relationship with!
As PA to the ECD, you will handle all traditional support duties (dairy, travel, visas, accommodation, restaurant bookings, time sheets, expenses etc.). You will also support the wider department ensuring it is ticking over and everyone has what they need. This role is varied and very fast-paced. In addition, you will be getting involved in pitches, pulling documents together, and will be the lynchpin for the creative team! As PA to the ECD, you will also be working very closely to the client partners, acting as first point of contact, so being a true ambassador is essential!
To be considered for this role, you should have at 2-3 years’ experience as PA/Team Assistant or Support role in a Creative Department. You should have direct experience working with a creative and thrive in a fast paced and busy role. This is a very proactive PA role which requires a self-starter who wants to get involved and build strong relationships. To be successful, you will need a positive attitude, proactive nature, and be able to be assertive if required. You should be confident with strong emotional intelligence. You will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, a top class work ethic and be a great team player who is willing to help wherever needed!
