My client is a very well-established consultancy firm based in the heart of the West End. Established in 1990 they work with over 20 industries and more than 700 organisations with offices based across the globe. You would be working alongside passionate and driven people in fantastic offices with excellent benefits and a friendly, sociable team.

As a Team PA you will be providing support to a team of Consultants and your duties will cover extensive diary management and meeting coordination, global and UK travel including visas, expense processing, some event coordination, coordination of meeting rooms and assistance with presentations for meetings.

I am looking for PAs with around 12 months experience supporting a team, preferably from a professional services background. Experience managing a diary and coordinating international travel is essential alongside a "can-do" outlook and a positive approach.
