An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing tech start-up, based in beautifully located offices in the heart of the West End! The team are looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to support the CEO and day to day running of the office.

The Role

This is a newly created role and covers a variety of duties, including:
  • First point of contact: dealing with all inbound correspondence and phone calls
  • Inbox and diary management of the CEO and wider team
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Office support and administration
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses -working alongside the finance team
The Candidate

The team are seeking a bright and enthusiastic self-starter with experience in a similar position.

Specifically, the ideal candidate would have:
  • Office Management experience/experience with an office setup
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Self-starter and can-do attitude
  • Enthusiasm – be a proactive and positive character, not phased challenges
  • Not afraid to work alone at the beginning stages
  • Additional language is a plus (German, Spanish, French and/or Japanese)
