Personal Assistant - Manchester

A prestigious financial services company based in stunning offices in Manchester City Centre is looking to recruit a personal assistant on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who has personal assistant experience and is looking for a new challenge within an extremely reputable firm.

Duties include;

• Diary management to MDs, Directors and Corporate Finance team
• Booking travel, arranging lunches, dinners and social events
• Setting up video conferences and conference calls
• Processing expenses
• Organising small to large scale events
• Filing correspondence efficiently
• Working closely with other PAs in the business
• Screening calls
• Liaising with clients
• Maintaining the contacts database
• Assisting with office management duties as and when required
• Attending events and social activities

Skills required;

• Capable of working on own initiative and able to prioritise effectively
• Tact and diplomacy
• Logical thinker
• Financial services experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible
• Discretion and trustworthiness

This is a rare opportunity to work for an established firm who are well known within the market. This is a full-time, office based position and you will be happy to work outside of hours occasionally if the team is completing a deal.
