Your role

As the Office Administrator, you will be to the go-to person who is innovative, organised and can think outside the box! This is a dynamic, client facing role which will see you using your strong communication skills to engage with advisers and clients across the board. You will be professional and polished in demeanour, seamlessly handling phone calls and client queries as and when required. You’ll also be preparing correspondence, taking care of fee reconciliation and carrying out office management duties. Another key element to this role is the handling of all in-house reporting so attention to detail and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy is paramount. This is a truly dynamic role where no two days will be the same and you’ll always be kept on your toes. If this sounds like a dream come true, don’t delay in submitting your resume!

  • Office management duties


Your skills & expertise

  • Experience in a financial planning setting desirable
  • Strong admin experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Great prioritisation and time management skills
