Your role
This is an exciting hybrid role that allows you to utilise the best skills of an Executive Assistant, Human Resources Generalist and an Office Manager. You will be supporting an inspiring CFO, working together with an influential HR team and overseeing the running of a small but mighty office. Your main duties will include any ad hoc admin tasks and the organisation of meetings with internal and external stakeholders, as well as effectively managing the workplace to ensure the whole office is running as efficiently as possible.
Daily activities
- Keep the office running smoothly
- First point of call to answer any questions from the team
- Assisting the CFO with diary and travel
- Event coordination
- Provide HR and admin support as it arises
Your skills & expertise
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced communication skills
- Impeccable presentation is a must!
