PA/Office Manager
Up to £52k depending on experience
West End
I am recruiting for an experienced PA/Office Manager to join a global organisation within the Hospitality industry. Ideall you will have come from this industry and will have previous experience supporting at Board Level. This role will include Office Management duties, meeting and greeting clients and therefore requires a flexible approach.
You will be supporting the new CEO, CFO and Development Director. You will have substantial demonstratable PA/Office management experience and happy working closely with 2 other PA's and an adminstrator.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the diaries of above
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the above
- Liaison with Investors, Chairman and their offices
- Oversee timetable of corporate meetings for the year (Management Board and Investor Board)
- Organise regular 1:1 meetings with CEO's direct reports
- Organise company annual conference and Christmas party
- Organise regular meetings/conferences for senior management team including offsites
- Co-ordinate documents/invoices for signature and coding
- Process expenses and credit card spend for the above
- Monitor and forward on corporate website queries
- Assist with other tasks as required
- Chair Charity Committee and oversee charitable donations
Key Tasks - Office Manager
- Oversee the procurement of all office services and manage accounts (including stationery, water, copying & printing, cleaning, taxis, couriers, franking)
- Manage Admin Assistant
- Manage day to day running of Reception including providing cover for Admin Assistant
- Oversee switchboard including providing cover for Admin Assistant
- Oversee meeting room bookings
- Liaise with Building Manager and Landlord
- Liaise with F&B team and Kitchen Manager re events in Development Kitchen
- Oversee the provision and upkeep of all office equipment including including FFE, PAT Testing
- Oversee Health & Safety for all Support Centre staff including Emergency Procedures and Staff Inductions
