Dynamic PA to Securities Trading Team - Top Investment Bank - City

Top Global Investment Bank, based in the City, is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and professional Assistant to support a busy Team, including senior MDs, on their securities Trading Floor. You must possess bags of energy, initiative and common sense, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task and juggle several duties in a deadline driven and fast paced environment and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. This exciting and involving role would probably suit a polished and well educated individual who possesses at least 5 years secretarial / PA experience gained in a busy corporate team environment. Although financial markets experience would be advantageous it is more important to have the right approach and can-do attitude. You must also be very flexible with hours as you will need to be regularly starting at 8.00am and finishing at 6.00pm.
