Team Assistant

We have a lovely Team Assistant / Office Manager role for a delightful, Boutique firm based in smart offices in Mayfair. As Team Assistant you will be working alongside two charming Executive Assistants and you will assist them to support the Partners as well as a team of ten highflying head-hunters. This is the perfect role if you have a year admin experience under your belt and you are now looking for the next step in your career and the opportunity to grow within a company. You will be responsible for general office management such as liaising with service providers (IT, phones, deliveries) as well as ordering stationery and other office supplies.  The Team Assistant / Office Manager must be extremely presentable as you will be meeting and greeting clients on a daily basis. You must be personable and discreet. Other Team Assistant responsibilities include keeping the company database up to date, preparing meeting rooms, arranging conference / skype calls. You will also cover for the EAs when they go away, so confidence with jumping in to urgent emails and calls is vital. Excellent writing and proof reading skills is a must. This is a very fast paced environment so you need to be efficient and able to stay calm in a busy and reactive environment. You will be joining a wonderful team where everyone is extremely approachable. One year admin or office manager experience is required.
