Morgan McKinley's, London Secretarial & Office Support team are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join our client, a leading Accounting organisation based in the West End area. The PA job is working on a 3 month fixed term contract providing administrative support to the Leadership Team and Executive Office.
Salary £32,000 - £37,000
Personal Assistant duties include:
Diary management processing diary entries
Negotiation of diary changes to accomodate urgent matters
Manage email accounts
Correspondence with the team whilst complying with data protection requirements
Answering the phone - responding immediately to queries where possible, taking messages professionally and accurately
Producing work of a consistently high standard, at speed, which requires minimal correction
Generate draft responses to routine correspondence for finalisation by stakeholders when requested to do so
Collate and organise papers accurately for various board meetings under EA supervision
Arrange meetings, booking rooms and preparing agendas
Assists in preparation for larger/external meetings
Liaising with IT support when required
Responsible for daily check on Executive Office managed meeting rooms ensuring that they are fully equipped and ready for use
Deliver exceptional client service at all times
Meeting and greeting high profile clients and stakeholders.
Skills and experience required for the Personal Assistant position:
Presents a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Reliable, punctual and has a flexible approach
Ability to work in a busy environment while remaining focused
Tactful and diplomatic when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
High level of attention to detail.
Realistic approach when assessing deadlines for delivering
Actively contributes to team activities and communications
Extensive experience of diary management
Advanced level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Exceptional spelling, punctuation and grammar
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
