We're excited to be assisting a highly reputable consultancy with the recruitment of a PA and all-round office lynchpin! Based in West London, this firm is really open to the amount of experience applicants have, so long as they are enthusiastic, willing to learn and have impeccable presentation.


You will be liaising with extremely senior and note-worthy external stakeholders - presentation and an understanding of the importance it has for a company's branding is therefore paramount.

This role would either suit someone set and experienced within their PA career or someone willing to get the best start to theirs possible! Enthusiasm and a smile are key.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Personal Assistant to the Directors
  • Office Manager/Greet all visitors
  • General support to Senior Team when required

Our client is keen to make this a long term hire so that someone really learns and grows with the business and adds more and more value as time goes on.

Key responsibilities include

  • Diary Management
  • Diary Planning
  • Arranging meetings - these are often with very senior Board Directors
  • Restaurant booking
  • All travel arrangements, arranging taxis, flights and hotel bookings
  • Occasional personal errands
  • Answering the door - meeting and greeting clients/candidates, offering tea/coffee/water.
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls
  • Being responsible for the general outer hallway, making sure the post is picked up at least twice a day and distributed to us and the other 2 offices
  • Making sure that the communal areas are tidy at all times
  • Liaising with suppliers such as cleaning and IT
  • Leading general office management - everything from making sure that repairs and light bulb replacements are reported, seating layout, carpet cleaning, equipment servicing, liaising with the Managing Agent and other tenants when necessary
  • Stationary ordering and unpacking
