HR Administrator

Global HQ, Baker Street

 

Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street, the Human Resources department is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to assist in the day to day administration of the HR Generalist team. 

Within this role you will be:

  • Supporting the HR department with general admin requests as well as answering general staff HR queries.
  • You will endeavour to ensure that the support is right first time to deliver an effective and accurate support service to the Firm, ensuring documentation that is sent is correct, legal and in a timely fashion.
  • As an HR administrator, you will manage the new starter on boarding process, leaver process and maternity & paternity processes as well as supporting the HR Business Partners with any employment relations administration

We’re looking for:

  • An accurate and detailed orientated administrator, who has a very high level of organisation, detail and speed.
  • Ideally you’ll be currently working within a fast paced administrative role within a similar organisation, previous knowledge of HR would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
  • We’re looking for a strong communicator, both verbally and in written forms and you’ll be comfortable communicating internally at all levels across the firm as well as externally.
  • You’ll be a multitasker with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and prioritise your work load, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel with experience of using IT systems is essential for this role.
