Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established property investment firm based in stunning offices in the West End. This role will be PA to Director of Investment, Head of Investment and one other member of the Investment team in a varied and fast paced position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Diary management for the directors with discretion and flexibility to accommodate to the Director’s priorities.
  • Scheduling and arranging meetings using own judgment and initiative to prioritize and re-schedule meetings when necessary.
  • Preparing documents for meetings and visits and organizing meeting rooms with equipment and catering.
  • Create presentation slides for tours, Board presentations and producing site plans.
  • Proof-read papers and documents.
  • Act as gate-keeper for telephone calls and distributing appropriately along with managing external enquiries and visitors.
  • Deal with various financial forms including, expenses, credit cards and hospitality forms.
  • Manage invoices and annual leave using the relevant software
  • Organise UK and international travel, including accommodation, obtaining timetable information and create itineraries.
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar fast paced, varying role. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an established administrative background, is technically and visually accurate and who is full of initiative and drive. You will need to be confident and to hit the ground running but also have a willingness to learn.


Knowledge, skills and experience required                                      

                                                              
Essential
  • GCSE ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Substantial secretarial experience at senior management level

  • Knowledge of In-Design

THE BENEFITS

This role will pay up to £45k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus.
