EA to MD Top Interior Design Business

A top end interior design business are searching for an impressive EA to support their MD for London and Europe. Based out of superb offices in Borough, you will be supporting on a 1:1 basis.    Whilst the company only started a few years ago, they have done extremely well and are now a key player in their industry. The Director is influential, driven, approachable/warm, confident, and ambitious to succeed, and is looking for a seriously switched on assistant that can build the working relationship and go above and beyond.

Ideally we are looking for someone on a temp to perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this company at an exciting time in their development. The role will consist of full on EA support with extensive diary management, itineraries, travel arrangements, and internal and external meetings.  There will also be line management responsibility in the role.  We are looking for someone that will take on more responsibility and develop the role, for example there is the option to take on event organisation.

You will be an experienced EA looking for that next step into a senior exec 1:2 role.  You will be used to managing hectic diaries and working in a fast paced media/tech style environment.

You will be warm but resilient with first-rate support skills and experience ideally within a similar company, but we are open to other sectors. This is a GREAT opportunity for a PA willing to surpass expectations and standards. Personality is just as important as experience and you will be warm, friendly and personable. Moreover, you will be proactive and able to pre-empt any issues that may arise.
